Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw any consent you have already given at any time. The legality of data processing carried out prior to withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.

4. Data Collection on This Website

Request form ("Send me your SaaS list")

When you send us your SaaS list via the form, we store your name, email address, company (optional), the tools you list with prices and seat counts, your note and the page language. We use this data to prepare a quote, to propose call slots and to answer follow-up questions. You receive an automatic confirmation email.

The data is stored in our own database and in our customer relationship management system (Twenty CRM), which KI Katapult operates itself on a server in Germany (crm.ki-katapult.de). It is not passed on to other third parties and is not used for advertising.

Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures at your request). We keep the data until your request is settled, at most 12 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows or statutory retention periods apply.

Newsletter ("SaaSpocalypse Digest")

If you subscribe, we store your email address, the chosen language and the time of subscription in our own database, and we are notified by email. Every issue contains a personal unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe by emailing killer@saas-killer.com.

Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). The data is kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Plugins and Tools

Local Fonts

This website uses web fonts for uniform font display. These fonts are provided by us and hosted locally on our server. There is no connection to Google servers. No data is transmitted to Google Fonts.

Web analytics (Umami)

We measure page views with Umami, an open-source analytics tool that KI Katapult hosts itself (analytics.ki-katapult.de, Germany). Umami sets no cookies and stores no complete IP addresses; it counts visits in aggregated form (page, referrer, browser type, country).

Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used). No data is transmitted to third parties.

Local storage

Your language and colour-scheme choice are stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them. This is technically necessary for the function you requested (Section 25 (2) TTDSG) and involves no tracking.
