Type in your SaaS. See what 36 months of rent cost. Then kill it.

We look at what your team actually opens, build that part, and hand you the code on your own server. You pay for the build once, and the quote names the delivery date before you pay anything.

Bonsai Bar paid five figures a month for SaaS. We started with the data.

Bonsai Bar is an edutainment company in the US with about 40 people. Bookings, the shop, email marketing and staff schedules each lived with a different vendor, and none of the tools could see the others.

“The data-pipeline is working great and we’ve made serious progress on our app, Nebari!”

Before
Five figures a month in SaaS subscriptions. The data sat with many separate vendors.
Step 1
A data foundation: one Postgres warehouse that pulls every source each night. Their data, on their server.
Step 2
Nebari, an internal app for day-to-day operations, built on that foundation and handed over to their team.
Time
About six weeks.
After
Several subscriptions cancelled. Every tool that still runs feeds the warehouse, so it can be replaced next.

Why the data comes first

Once every tool writes into one database you own, each subscription is just a screen on top of your data. You replace them one at a time, the most expensive first, and nothing gets migrated twice.

What ten seats cost over 36 months at list price.

Their pricing page shows one month. Your bank statement shows 36. Ten people, cheapest annual prices, in the currency they bill you, checked 24 Sep 2026.

HubSpot assumes 10 editing seats. Salesforce and monday.com charge the same digits in euros: their list price, not our rounding. Sources: vendor pricing pages, 24 Sep 2026.

See the monday row? Alone, at 10 seats, it's a coin flip. Bundled with the CRM it isn't. That's why we ask for the whole list.

What happens after you send the list.

A single tool takes about a week. A whole stack takes longer: Bonsai Bar took six weeks. The quote names the date before you pay anything.

  1. Day 1

    Audit

Send the list. We check what your team actually opens. Half an hour on a call, then a fixed quote within 24 hours. You pay 50% to start.

  2. Days 2–5

    Build

The features you use, nothing else. Preview builds as we go, tested on your real work, not a demo dataset.

  3. Day 5–7

    Own

Deployed on your server, the other 50% at handover. Your code under the license you choose, 30 days of refinements included. Then you cancel the subscription.

In every build

  • The code. Your license: MIT, proprietary, whatever you pick. Hand it to any developer.
  • Your server at no extra cost, or a Hetzner server we set up for $450, once.
  • 30 days of refinements after handover. Included.
  • Maintenance agent, $50/month, optional. The only subscription on this page.

Half-hour call, fixed quote 24 hours later. 50% to start, 50% at handover. The code is yours.

Questions we hear on the call.

Custom software is expensive.
Compared to what? Starter builds $750–2,500, most replacements $2,500–8,000, a CRM from $8,000. Your CRM alone bills $36,000–43,000 over three years.
Who maintains it when you're gone?
Anyone. Documented code under the license you choose, not a black box. Or the $50/month agent, or we do, hourly. You are not locked to us.
We'll lose features.
You lose the features nobody on your team opens. The ones they use get built the way they use them. Need more later? Added at cost, with no per-seat fee.
Can't we build it ourselves with AI?
For a small tool, yes, and you should. For a CRM, plan for months of evenings plus the upkeep. We give you a fixed price and a date.
Where does our data live?
Your server, or a Hetzner server in the EU we set up for $450. No vendor cloud.
What about the data in the old tool?
It comes with. Export, import script, checked against the original. Priced into the quote.
